SANA Performance programs

All sessions at SANA, from the very first time we see you, are based on data from millions of data-points from previous clients and patients. From that, we individualize the sessions by merging thousands of data points from previous clients who look like you the most. But you are unique, so the more sessions you get, the more we get to know you and your biology.

Athletic performance

But you are unique, so the more sessions you get, the more we get to know you and your biology.

Single sessions

Choose this if you want to try it out or if you need a single boost now and then. These single boosts are much more effective, and generally only recommended, after previous longer SANA programs.

Performance boost (4 sessions)

These are generally recommended if you want to unlock a new level in your performance level or if you are performing below your usual level.

Early Season (4-6 sessions)

If you want to prepare for the start of the season where your training load usually increases in intensity, the Early Season program is for you.

Continuous Improvement (6-12 sessions)

If your priority is to be in your best shape at all times, this continuous improvement is for you. In addition to the other programs, this is particularly great for athletes who seek to limit their number of sick-days (in some sports: improve availability)

Season Goal

(individualized, requires prior sessions to establish individual response).

These are highly individualized programs designed to make sure that you peak at your goal. This can be combined with your training schedule. It is advised that you have had prior SANA sessions in order for us to review your response and plan the most optimal treatment schedule.

Overtraining

(Requires SANA doctor’s appointment; See SANA Health)

Single sessions

Choose this if you want to try it out or if you need a single boost immediately. These single boosts are much more effective and generally only recommended after longer SANA programs.

Performance boost (4 sessions)

Everyone experience periods where they either feel below their normal self and are in need of an energy boost.

(packages of 5, 8 and 12 sessions)

If you want to prepare for the start of the season where your training load usually increases in intensity, the Early Season program is for you.
